Here's the kicker: demand plays a major role. If rates decrease, more buyers enter the scene, driving up demand and, consequently, home prices. That $400K gem you were eyeing? It could easily shoot up to $450K or more!


So, my insight? Don't just wait around for the perfect interest rate. Instead, consider seizing the opportunity now. Buy what you can afford at the current rate, and here's the game-changer – plan to refinance down the line.


Why? Because you're not just a spectator in the market; you're an active player. Lock in a property at a price that you can manage the payment, and as you build equity and your financial game gets stronger, hit that refinance button when the rates are more favorable.
