BE CAREFUL WHO YOU TAKE ADVICE FROM

Hey everyone,

Not EVERYONE in the real estate space REALLY practices what they preach so I figured I would update you guys on some of the things I am currently working on as well as be transparent with what my strengths ARE and AREN’T.

  1. SF/Small MF properties – I am currently under contract with a SF property and doing a major cosmetic rehab on a 6 plex that I purchased earlier this year.

  2. Syndications – I am investing into a large NNN lease fund that buys and builds NNN lease properties throughout the country.

  3. Private Lending – 42 Solutions has funded $5M in loans

I focus on passive investing strategies that will take 20 hours or less of my time in a week.

What I DON’T do:

  1. I have not fixed and flipped a property myself.

  2. I do not plan on buying large MF or commercial deals on my own.

If any of you are busy professionals and would like to start investing passively in real estate I would love to hear from you!

Finish the week strong,

DK
